Revenue and operations for HVAC businesses

Plug the revenue leaks. Run the whole business from one live system.

Solaren joins lead capture, answering, qualification, booking, follow-up and revenue reporting into one operating system for your HVAC business — and works the demand you are already paying for before it goes cold.

Takes about a minute. No account, no credentials, no card.

What Solaren solves

Most of the money is already in the building.

An HVAC business rarely has a lead problem first. It has a response, booking and follow-up problem — and that costs it the demand it has already paid for.

  • The call that rang out

A call nobody could pick up becomes a job for whoever answers next. Solaren answers it, and works the ones it could not.

  • The enquiry that went cold

A form filled in at nine in the evening is still worth a job at nine in the evening. Response time has to be a workflow, not an intention.

  • The quote nobody chased

An approved estimate left sitting is the most expensive document in the business. It gets followed up on a schedule instead.

  • The customer you already earned

Lapsed maintenance, last month’s no-show, the qualified lead who never picked a time. Every one of them is cheaper to win than a stranger.

  • The numbers nobody trusts

When bookings, jobs and cash live in three places, nobody can say which marketing paid for itself. One system, one set of records.

How it works

Four stages, in this order, on purpose.

  1. We map where the revenue leaks

Before anything is switched on we walk through how enquiries reach you today, what happens to each one, and where they stop. That walk is the demo.

  2. We stand up your Revenue OS

Contacts, leads, opportunities, estimates, appointments, jobs and cash in one record, configured around how your business actually runs.

  3. We turn on recovery

The follow-up workflows go live one at a time, each with its own stop rules, consent checks and quiet hours — never all at once on day one.

  4. You watch it work

A live view of enquiries, calls, appointments, jobs and collected cash. On Growth, what your advertising produced sits beside it.

Core and Growth

Two ways to run Solaren.

Core works the demand you already have. Growth adds to it.

Core

The Revenue OS. Everything that turns an enquiry into a booked and paid job, and everything that recovers the ones that stall.

  • Revenue OS and CRM: contacts, leads, opportunities, estimates, appointments, jobs and collected cash in one record
  • Lead capture from your website, your forms and your phone line
  • Qualification and routing, so the work worth a visit is handled first
  • Booking into the calendar your team already works from
  • An AI receptionist on your line, with written rules for when a person takes over
  • The eight recovery workflows, from missed-call response through to review requests
  • A live dashboard and weekly reporting on enquiries, appointments, jobs and cash

Growth

Everything in Core, plus acquisition run by Solaren.

Core, plus Solaren running your Meta advertising end to end — strategy, campaigns, creative and the funnels behind them.

  • Facebook and Instagram advertising managed by Solaren: structure, audiences and budgets
  • Creative strategy and production, with every asset reviewed and approved before it can run
  • Campaign funnels and landing pages built to produce booked jobs rather than clicks
  • Attribution from campaign, ad and creative through to the booking
  • Revenue attribution wherever the job and the cash can be traced back to the enquiry

Solaren does not publish package pricing. What Core or Growth costs depends on how much of it you switch on and how your business is set up, which is what the strategy call is for.

Revenue recovery

Eight workflows that chase the revenue you already earned.

Each one starts from something that actually happened in your business — a call that went unanswered, an estimate that was approved, a visit that was missed — and stops the moment it gets what it was after.

  • Missed-call recovery

A call nobody answered gets a text back within minutes, a second one shortly after, and a call-back attempt only if there is still no reply. It ends the moment they respond.

  • New enquiry response

An enquiry from your site, a funnel or an ad is acknowledged immediately and followed up while the person is still deciding who to call.

  • Qualified but unbooked

Someone worth the visit who has not picked a time. Worked on a slower clock for a week, then handed back to you rather than pestered indefinitely.

  • Approved quote follow-up

Solaren does not write, price, discount or extend your estimates. It follows up the ones still sitting in draft, and stops the moment the estimate moves.

  • No-show recovery

A visit nobody turned up for gets rebooked instead of written off.

  • Old lead reactivation

Qualified people who never booked, worked again as a list rather than left in a spreadsheet. Text only, unless you deliberately switch on a single call.

  • Maintenance and seasonal work

Service agreements and seasonal work offered to the customers who have already bought from you once.

  • Review requests

Asked once the work is finished, by text, and never by telephone — that rule is in the software rather than in a policy somebody has to remember.

Every workflow checks consent, quiet hours and your opt-out list before anything is sent, and a reply from the customer ends it. A cadence is a plan for messages that may all turn out not to be permitted.

AI receptionist

Your phone line, answered.

Calls to your business get picked up, the caller is asked what your team needs to know, and the ones that should reach a person reach a person.

  • Answered on the first ring, at any hour

    • Takes the caller’s details and what they need doing
    • Books into the same calendar your team already works from
    • Covers after-hours and overflow rather than replacing your front desk
  • Escalation is a written rule, not a judgement call

    • Price questions, emergencies, upset callers, refund requests and anyone who asks for a person are handed straight over
    • The rules are agreed before the line goes live and behave the same on every call
  • And what it will not do

    • It does not quote a price, hold a time your calendar cannot take, or commit your business to anything
    • Solaren keeps no transcript of the conversation — nothing in the product stores one
    • Whether your calls are recorded is your decision, made during setup and announced with the disclosure you approved

Growth

Advertising judged on booked jobs.

On Growth, Solaren runs your Facebook and Instagram advertising end to end, and reports it against bookings rather than against clicks.

  • Campaign strategy and structure

    • Structure, audiences and budgets owned and managed by Solaren
    • Offers and angles built around the services you actually want more of
  • Creative strategy and production

    • Concepts, scripts and asset briefs written for your market
    • Every asset is reviewed and approved by a person before it can run
  • Funnels built to book, not to collect clicks

    • Landing pages and lead forms that ask what your team needs in order to quote
    • The enquiry lands in the same Revenue OS as everything else
  • Spend is approved, never assumed

    • Nothing is published or funded without an explicit approval on record
    • The campaign, ad and creative an enquiry arrived on travel with it

Solaren’s creative pipeline is a human-reviewed production workflow. No part of this product makes finished artwork on its own today, and nothing reaches a live campaign without a person approving it.

Live Revenue OS

One screen that tells you the truth.

Enquiries, calls, appointments, jobs and cash in one place, for the business as a whole rather than for one channel.

  • The pipeline exactly as it stands

    • Every enquiry, where it came from, and what happened to it
    • Appointments and jobs on one calendar
    • Calls with their direction, length and outcome
  • Revenue means cash you collected

    • A revenue figure on this dashboard is money that was actually collected
    • Where that cannot be established, the screen says so instead of estimating
  • The short list of things waiting on you

    • Decisions surfaced rather than buried in a queue nobody opens
    • Approval for anything that spends money or contacts a customer a new way

Nothing on the dashboard is estimated. Where a figure cannot be evidenced it is reported as unavailable, which is the only honest alternative to inventing one.

Attribution

Which marketing actually made money.

Attribution here is a chain of records rather than a model’s opinion.

  • From the click to the booking

    • The campaign, ad and creative an enquiry arrived on stay attached to it
    • A reference is kept only where the connection it belongs to is known — a query string on its own decides nothing
  • From the booking to the cash

    • Where the job and the payment can be traced back to the enquiry, they are
    • Where they cannot, that is reported rather than filled in
  • One set of numbers, not three

    • The same records produce the dashboard, the weekly report and the advertising decisions
    • There is no second spreadsheet keeping its own score

Integrations and Solaren Native

Already running something? Or tired of running six things?

Solaren can be the system your business runs on, or it can sit beside the one you already have. What is connected today is listed here rather than implied.

  • Connected

    Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram advertising, and the enquiries it produces, on the Growth plan.

  • Connected

    Your phone line

Calls to your business, answered by Solaren, and what came of each one.

  • Planned

    Google

Google advertising and your business listing.

  • Planned

    ServiceTitan

Field-service systems, so jobs and customers stay in step with the Revenue OS.

  • Planned

    Calendar

The calendar your team already works from.

A system shown as planned is not connected today. Solaren is designed to connect with supported systems as those integrations become available, and this list reports what the product does now rather than what is intended for it.

See it on your business

A demo built around your business, not a sample one.

Answer nine short questions about how your business runs today. Solaren uses those answers to prepare a demonstration around your services, your market and the leaks you told us about — then shows you where to pick a time for the call.

About a minute to fill in. It asks for no account, no system credentials and no payment details.

Questions

The things HVAC owners ask first.

  • We already run a field-service system. Does Solaren replace it?

Not necessarily. Solaren can run beside it or be the system of record. Which external systems it connects to today is listed above, and where a connector does not exist yet we say so rather than implying one.

  • We do not have a CRM. Is that a problem?

No. Solaren can be the Revenue OS itself — contacts, leads, opportunities, estimates, appointments, jobs and cash live in it, and the recovery workflows read from those same records.

  • Do you take over our phone line?

Only as far as you want. The receptionist can answer everything, take the overflow, or cover after hours. Anything on the escalation list goes to a person on your team.

  • Will you text our customers without permission?

No. Every outbound message is checked against consent, quiet hours and your opt-out list before it is sent, and a reply ends the sequence it belongs to. Opting out is honoured everywhere, not per workflow.

  • What does it cost?

Solaren does not publish package pricing. What it costs depends on what you switch on and how the business is set up, which is what the strategy call is for.

  • Do you run our advertising?

On Growth, yes — strategy, campaigns, creative and the funnels behind them, reported against bookings. On Core, Solaren works the demand you already have and leaves your advertising alone.

  • How long before it is running?

Onboarding is staged rather than switched on at once: the Revenue OS first, then the workflows one at a time. The strategy call is where you get a real sequence for your business instead of a number from a brochure.
